Screener Tape

The screener tapes are two promotional VHS tapes sent out to the press to promote Boohbah's debut in the United States.

Generally, VHS screeners were made to promote an upcoming feature film, television show, or home video release shortly before its release or premiere. They could feature key clips from the movie/show, a few episodes of the show, usually stemming from very early on in its run, or the entire movie/program, as well as various promotional materials related to the main subject matter of the tape.

This tape was produced in late 2003 and distributed in early 2004. In addition to the episodes listed below, the tape also included a "special presentation" by Anne Wood. Both episodes are presented the same way they were later shown on PBS and other North American television channels that carried Boohbah.
