"Hammock" is the twelfth episode of Boohbah.
Official synopsis[]
Hip and Hop about with the Boohbahs and look out for lots of loopy leaping. In Storyworld, Grandpappa is given a hammock to lie on, but will he ever get into the swing of it?

Storyworld | The children blow a hammock onto the beach, where Grandpappa finds it. He decides to take a rest, but unfortunately the hammock is too high for him to get into. He climbs both of the trees the hammock is tied to (and then takes a running start), but only ends up falling to the ground each time. The children blow in three blocks for him to make a staircase with, which enables him to successfully reach (and lie down for a relaxing nap in) the hammock. |
| Boohbah Dance | Back in the Boohzone, the Boohbahs lie down quite a lot themselves in the midst of their loopy leaping - and even afterwards, as they are summoned back to the Boohball for a rest in their pods. |
Trivia[]
- This is the first episode to have Ecuador & Russia as the two country intro, the "Hip and Hop" warm-up, and the "Loopy Leaping" dance.
- The 3 country intro for the US version of this episode is the same as the 2 country intro, but with the UK added on as the third country. A similar instance happens with Shed.
- This is the third episode featuring only one Storyperson (Grandpappa). The first was "A Pile of Balls" (Mr Man) and the second was "Painting the Fence" (Auntie, not counting Little Dog Fido making a minor appearance).
- This episode shares several traits with "Snowshaker", namely the Ecuador & Russia intro, "Hip and Hop" warm-up, and "Loopy Leaping" dance. Grandpappa also appears in both episodes.
- This episode has the same present giving sequence as "Coloured Bricks".
