Mr Man's Umbrella

This is the Storyworld segment for the Boohbah episode: Umbrella.

The Storyworld Segment starts on a sunny day when an umbrella appears in Storyworld. Then, Mr. Man arrives and sees the umbrella. Then he picks up the umbrella and somehow opens it up, but is not too sure on what he is supposed to do with it, until magically, it rains in Storyworld and Mr. Man holds the umbrella to keep himself from the rain and puts his hands in the air and the rain at one point. Later, Mrs. Lady & Auntie arrive and hide under Mr. Man's umbrella, at one point they stick their hands out in the rain. Then, Mr. Man, Mrs. Lady & Auntie waddle to one side and Mrs. Lady & Auntie spin around Mr. Man. Then, Mr. Man, Mrs. Lady & Auntie waddle to the other side and Mrs. Lady & Auntie spin around Mr. Man again. Mr. Man, Mrs. Lady & Auntie are happy to be under Mr. Man's umbrella and safe from the rain. Later, Grandmamma, Brother & Sister arrive and hide under Mr. Man's umbrella, so as to join Mr. Man, Mrs. Lady & Auntie. Then the five Storypeople stick their arms out in the rain and all of the Storypeople waddle to one side, and spin around Mr. Man. Then, they all waddle to the other side and spin around Mr. Man again. Everybody is happy to be under Mr. Man's umbrella and safe from the rain, until a very wet Grandpappa appears. He tries to get under Mr. Man's umbrella, but there is not enough room for him. So, with a little from Grandmamma, Mr. Man makes a space for Grandpappa and Grandpappa hides under the umbrella, leaving Mr. Man all wet. Then, Mr. Man tries to get under his own umbrella, but there's not enough room for him. So, Auntie makes a space for Mr. Man and Mr. Man hides back under his umbrella, leaving Auntie all wet. Then, Auntie tries to get back in under the umbrella, but there's not enough room for her. So, Mrs. Lady makes a space for Auntie, which allows Auntie back in under the umbrella and leaving Mrs. Lady all wet. Then, Mrs. Lady tries to get back in under the umbrella, but there's not enough room for her. So, Brother, even though he's like Do I really have to do this?, makes a space for Mrs. Lady, which allows Mrs. Lady back in under the umbrella. Brother likes getting wet by the rain at first, but when too much rain pours on Brother really fast, this makes Brother feel very frustrated. So, Brother tries to get back in under the umbrella, but there's not enough room for him. So, Sister makes a space for Brother, which allows a happy Brother back in under the umbrella and leaving Sister all wet. Then, Sister tries to get back in under the umbrella but there's not enough room for her. Then, Grandmamma makes a space for Sister, which allows Sister back in under the umbrella and leaving Grandmamma all wet. Then, Grandmamma tries to get back in under the umbrella, but there's not enough room for her, until she makes a pushy move to Grandpappa, which means that Grandpappa has made a space for Grandmamma and has left Grandpapppa all wet again. Grandpappa is upset about this until a rain hat, a pair of rain boots and a rain coat all appear on Grandpappa, to keep his usual clothes safe from the rain and Grandpappa is so happy about this, that he does his special Rain Dance. Everybody waddles from side to side with Grandpappa spinning around and everybody else spinning around Mr. Man under the umbrella and then, they waddle from side to side again with Grandpappa spinning and everybody else spinning around Mr. Man under the umbrella and the Storyworld Segment ends with everybody else following Grandpappa as he continues his Rain Dance.

TRIVIA:

The umbrella actually has appeared on Boohbah before in the episode: Squirty Flower, when Mr. Man & Grandpappa take turns using the umbrella to keep themselves from being squirted by the flower. The rain boots actually have on Boohbah before in the episode: Puddle, when Mrs. Lady splashes in the puddle with the same boots to keep her feet from getting wet.
