The "Bouncing" dance is the first Boohbah dance to be performed on the show.

The Boohbahs reappear and frantically bounce toward their main spot. One by one, they begin jumping, going from left to right twice (and expelling air with each jump): Jumbah, Jingbah, Zumbah, and Humbah. After the second go round, Zing Zing Zingbah, who is on one end of the Boohbahs' line, begins bouncing continuously while the other four Boohbahs continue jumping once at a time. Afterwards, the pattern is reversed, and the Boohbahs begin jumping going from right to left: Zing Zing Zingbah, Humbah, Zumbah, and Jingbah. Jumbah is at the other end of the line, so they begin bouncing continuously while the other four Boohbahs continue jumping.
Next, the Boohbahs bounce from side to side and front to back. Jumbah, Zumbah, and Zing Zing Zingbah bounce to the back, while Jingbah and Humbah bounce to the front. Then, the order is reversed, and Jingbah and Humbah bounce to the back, while Jumbah, Zumbah, and Zing Zing Zingbah bounce to the front.
The Boohbahs resume bouncing in a straight line and afterwards from front to back; eventually, they pick up speed and begin bouncing as fast as they can until the rainbow tint floods the Boohzone.
